2008 Flora London Marathon

The 2008 Flora London Marathon is underway today. There are close to 35,000 people competing in the race. The world champions brush shoulders with ordinary and unusual people from all around the world, like the Masai warriors and the 101 year old man who are all competing to raise money for their causes and for the big Prize money.
The London Marathon is one of the biggest public events in the world. The weather is perfect with a few shower later on. The best part of the London Marathon is that there are individuals of all shapes, colours and sizes competing.
