Three Quick Steps to Happiness


You have a right to be a happy person.
Here are the three steps to a happier Life.

1. List the three things that make you unhappy in life.

    (iii)

2. List the three possible solutions for each of the above three issues.
    (i)
        (a)
        (b)
        (c)


3. Works towards your solutions for your three issues, one day at a time, to one week at a time to one month at a time.

Happiness is a state of mind.
What makes you happy?
Change the way that you look at situations and you will change the situation affects you.
Your life is about making the right choices to have a happier life for you, your friends and family.
Treat your friends and family with love and respect and you will be showered with the sunshine of happiness.
